ART AND MUSIC

ART AND MUSIC

Music is the art of the art(s). And the Art is (or represents) the kingdom of the unsaid (of the unsayable, we could say it).

Art is beyond philosophy and even theology (and these two are beyond the science).

Music, as the apex of Art, tries to express what has no words, even no ideas and conceptions, to do so.

The (pure) sentiment is unsayable (for instance, it): there is no speech to express such a thing.

The idea of all ideas, I mean: the synthesis of a superior conscious activity, has no speech to show it, to talk about, to express it as well. The idea of God, concretely.

Because one cannot talk about what ignores in an absolute way.

That’s why Friedrich Nietzsche wrote that «science is ANTHROPOMORPHIC, religion is anthropomorphic...».

Only the art could get a closest position to the essences. To the truth.

And a sighting of an essence, whatever can be it, makes someone devise the essence of all essences: the Absolute. Meaning, by «Absolute», the pure Consciousness, matrix of all Existence.

Music, as the art among all arts, brings us, gives us, in a partial way, the essence of the physical universe: the pure VIBRATION, essential vibration, which is the turning point of Nature towards the naturally Unknown. A where where we finally could (just) catch a glimpse on the mystery of all existential doubts, all enigmas and all unsayable.

This last one translates the impossible meaning. So: an impossibility of speech (any kind of it), because there is no word, even no audible sound, to expose and express it (as Léo Ferré wrote: «the geater music any ear couldn’t hear it, any stave couldn’t translate it as well»...).

And even when one cannot use any word to express the own feelings, the spiritual condition of the owner, finally one finds out that the art (at least) TRY to do it. And music sounding there as the Art of the art.
