Holocracy, as a term expressing a concept(ion), is not the confusion we can perceive through all the internet approaches.

There we can read about a socio-holism, a social holism, and some other hoaxes and equivocations.

Just extravagancies. Or absolute ignorance, assumed to be as an intellectual seriousness. But they are not, at last.

What the neologism «holocracy» means, is that can exist, functioning, in a society, whatever can be the society, a kind of political regime which involves everybody, at all levels of the exercise of the Power, in a quite responsible way.

But what that really means? What implies?

First of all we have to look at what the term means.

The neologism divides itself in(to) the (ancient) Greek holos, which means «the whole», quite entire, not broken, and the second component cracy, that means «power», or «govern(ment)».
