An Argentinian publisher still announces, in Internet, a book of mine written in Spanish and titled «Holocracy...».

Happens that he has no right to do so, as he is not authorized by myself, the author.

I translated the text from Portuguese into Spanish (he told me that was not «Spanish», as in Argentina they do not speak Spanish, but Castellano, the central language of Spain spoken for all Americas) – and he was compromised to correct and adapt the translation to the Argentinian way, as I am not a translator, even less a corrector, or an Argentinian, but just the writer.

He spent more than a half of a year and when he sent me the text back, I found out that the correction was so bad, besides showing some changes of the meaning, that I felt the necessity, by my side, to correct his correction. Then he gave me the text back a second time – but the speech yet kept errors and was not fine to be published.

More than a year after, we were not yet able to publish the book. Nevertheless, he began to ask me more money (5 hundred dollars, more or less). Before, he already asked me more than the money reported in the contract, just to «cover some extra costs concerning the correction» (!). And I gave it to him by sending through Western Union (3 hundred Euros).

As I deny to give the second supplementary tranche, because he acted not in a good faith (and it was not my fault, as he spent months to supposedly correct the text…), preferring to get then a little bit money more from me than try to do so by selling my book, there is no book. And the money that I initially sent to him to publish the book (a little bit more than two thousand Euros!) yet serves me now to get some gratuitous publicity... (the Argentinian Public Ministry answered me to officially formulate a complaint against the publisher, as that official Argentinian institution as no way to do that... ... ...).

As I have no money enough and no patience above all in order to act against the publisher, things stayed like this.
