Who make(s) laws?

The politicians!

Because are the politicians who get parliamentarian representation. And are the Parliaments the places where the laws are discussed and voted.

Even when they are not politicians in career, I mean: professionally, but only occasionally, they still will remain as politicians that they are at that moment, at that (political) season.

However, a politician is not an expert in Law! So: how can he participate in a legislative Assembly (the Congress, the Houses of Commons and Lords, the Senado in other latitudes – a Parliament, in sum) in a good condition, which condition is the knowledge enough to act well [to decide consciously, to vote honestly (that is to say: to vote in/with knowledge, thus voting autonomously – and so on)]?!

Can we imagine how much ignorant persons participate in political decisions in the terrestrial societies? They are the great majority.

And that is Earth – since ever till nowadays.
